Just checking we're ready for tomorrows hand-in

I believe that the festival kit and production board stuff was done by sunjay a while ago, if not, I can redo it tonight. but the main thing that we need is the optional stuff

This is meant for models/tests and sequences that didn't make it into the final animation. I want any work that was done but we didn't have time to finish and/or render in this part. It will mostly be mine and sunjays stuff but I just want to check that we aren't missing out anybodys work.

    Fair play to the rendering my shots were in production but if dan wants to still have it properly rendered by 20th i will set all the files up for proper render settings so he can. Festival kit is done just need to check over it whch i will do tonight. Its understandable that my stuff isnt in the work as its heavy rendering ill just put it in my show reel so its there!

    Well there is an optional section to the hand-in tomorrow where we can include files of stuff we did that didn't make it into the animation for any reason. I'd like for your stuff to be in that as it is only not there because we didn't have time to render with it. Its gotta be worth including it.

    fair one i didnt know that i have quite a bit of stuff to put in that section then. erm.. just found out that we have to do production boards which i will do now and have sorted like i sed ill do all the paper work we should meet tomorrow as early as can be so we can hand in together but as i told u all before i would like to hand it in just for my own peace of mind tbh no other reasoning. erm.. ill have a folder of all my work ready for tomorrow then that isnt included in the final animation eg my rigs and vfx and other shit im supossing my subsurface scattering isnt in there but ill get some renders of it and put that in that folder too with all the other shit. tomorrow we should just make sue it all works and then just burn it to cd and ill sort the rest of the hand in together if everyone wants too its up to u lot.

    yeh we'll sort it that way. Like you I want to be there when we hand it in so we'll meet up in the morning. me and rhys will probably still be awake from the night before.

      ill prob be in athena from 8 as per usual i was late today but it was a first but it was a good reason in my eyes sorry
